Do you work on the wall or gravity furnaces common in SF flats?
Yes — they're a large share of our heating calls in the city. Parts for older units are usually still available; when they're not, we requote for a direct wall-furnace replacement.
My building has no central AC — what are my options?
A ductless mini-split is the standard fix for SF flats: one small line set through an exterior wall, no ductwork, and it heats as well as it cools.
