Water dripping from the indoor unit
A blocked condensate drain, nearly always. Ten minutes of work, or drywall damage if left.
Weak airflow with a musty smell
Biofilm on the blower wheel and coil. This needs a proper deep clean, not a filter rinse.
Blinking light or error code
Each manufacturer codes faults differently. We read the code and diagnose from it rather than swapping parts.
One zone works, another doesn't
On multi-zone systems this points to a branch box, a stuck expansion valve, or a leak on one line set.

Parts and labor for mini-split service vary too much by brand and fault to publish a flat rate honestly. A technician diagnoses the issue on site and gives you the exact price in writing — nothing starts until you approve it, and the diagnostic fee is applied to the repair.

How often does a mini-split need cleaning?
Every one to two years for the indoor unit. It's the single biggest factor in whether the system still performs at year eight.
Can you add a zone to my existing system?
Sometimes — it depends on whether the outdoor unit has spare capacity and ports. We check before quoting.
Do you install mini-splits?
Yes, single and multi-zone, including line-set routing on older homes where wall cavities make it awkward.
