VOLT8 collects the information you provide when you request service: your name, phone number, address and a description of the equipment. We use it to schedule and perform the work, to contact you about the appointment, and to keep a record of the repair and its warranty.
Phone and SMS
By submitting the service request form you agree that we may contact you by phone and text message about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not send marketing messages to customers who have not asked for them.
What we share
We share information only with the technician assigned to your job and, where a part is ordered under manufacturer warranty, with that manufacturer. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Analytics
This site uses standard web analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Your rights
California residents may request a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@volteight.com and we will respond within the period required by law.
