Low water pressure, usually from a filter nobody has replaced in two years.

Jams and overflows
A misaligned ejector arm or a thermostat that's cycling at the wrong temperature.

Cubes are cloudy instead of clear
Points to water quality or a filtration issue rather than the machine itself — clear ice needs slower, more controlled freezing.
Unit runs constantly without producing much ice
A dirty condenser coil restricting airflow, similar to a refrigerator that's overworking for the same reason.
Water leaking from the unit
A cracked water line, a loose fitting, or a drain that's backed up — worth catching before it reaches the cabinet floor.

A failing inlet valve that doesn't fully seal lets water trickle and freeze in the tube, eventually blocking it completely.
