What goes wrong on Fisher & Paykel.
DishDrawer lid seal fails and leaks
The defining DishDrawer fault. Each drawer seals along its top edge rather than at a door, and when that seal hardens it leaks into the cabinet below. It's a contained repair once identified.
One drawer works, the other doesn't
Because each drawer is independent, a fault often affects only one. That's good news — we diagnose and repair the affected drawer rather than the whole appliance.
Drawer mechanism binds or won't close
The runner and lift mechanism is doing more work than a conventional dishwasher door and it eventually needs attention.
Refrigeration condenser and fan faults

No, and that's the advantage of the design. Each drawer has its own motor, seal and controls, so we repair the one that's actually at fault.
My DishDrawer is leaking into the cabinet. What is it?
Almost always the lid seal on that drawer. DishDrawers seal along the top edge rather than at a door, and that seal hardens over years. It's a contained repair.
Are Fisher & Paykel parts hard to get?
